Submission Terms

These Submission Terms (the "Terms") govern all content, materials, and information submitted to MXNN Media, operated by independent individuals based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (collectively, the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), in connection with the Company's services (the "Services").

These Terms apply to all submissions made through any channel, including but not limited to website forms, email, third-party platforms, or direct communication.

By submitting any content or information to the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, as well as the Company's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Content Responsibility Policy, Distribution Disclaimer, and Editorial Disclaimer.

A "Submission" includes any content, data, or materials provided to the Company, including but not limited to:

• ■press releases, written materials, business information, personal data, claims, media assets, attachments, drafts, revisions, and any supporting documentation.

A Submission is deemed complete upon receipt by the Company, regardless of whether further revisions or communication occur.

Once a Submission has been received by the Company, it is considered final and irrevocable.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• ■the Company may begin processing the Submission immediately upon receipt,
• ■the Submission may enter internal workflows without further notice, and
• ■you may not withdraw, cancel, or reverse the Submission once processing has begun.

Processing includes, but is not limited to, the review or writing of a press release based on the information you have provided.

All payments associated with Submissions are final.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• ■no refunds will be issued under any circumstances,
• ■no credits, reversals, or chargebacks are permitted, and
• ■no exceptions shall be made based on outcomes, delays, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.

Payment is made in exchange for the Company's time, effort, and processing of the Submission, not for any guaranteed result.

You acknowledge that:

• ■no publication, placement, or distribution is guaranteed,
• ■no specific outlets or platforms are promised, and
• ■no performance, reach, or visibility outcomes are assured.

All results are dependent on third-party systems and factors outside the Company's control.

You are solely responsible for all information contained within your Submission.

This includes responsibility for:

• ■accuracy, legality, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws.

You represent and warrant that:

• ■all information provided is truthful and not misleading,
• ■you have the legal right to submit the Content, and
• ■the Content does not violate any third-party rights.

The Company reserves the right to request verification of:

• ■your identity,
• ■your authority to submit the Content, and
• ■the accuracy of claims made within the Submission.

Failure to provide sufficient verification may result in refusal to process the Submission without refund.

The Company reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or decline any Submission for any reason, including but not limited to:

• ■non-compliance with guidelines,
• ■legal risk,
• ■content sensitivity,
• ■or operational considerations.

Such refusal does not entitle you to a refund. For full editorial standards, please see the Editorial Guidelines.

The Company may make formatting, structural, or stylistic adjustments to Submissions for the purpose of processing.

Such adjustments do not constitute verification, endorsement, or approval of the Content.

The Company is not obligated to make substantive edits or corrections.

You acknowledge that:

• ■Submissions may be transmitted to third-party networks,
• ■such networks may accept or reject Content at their discretion, and
• ■the Company does not control external systems or outcomes.

You accept all risks associated with this process.

Once a Submission has been processed or distributed, the Company is under no obligation to:

• ■modify the Content,
• ■update the Content, or
• ■remove the Content from any platform.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to operational workflows or third-party systems.

Such delays do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• ■your Submission,
• ■any inaccuracies or unlawful content, and
• ■any third-party claims related to the Content.

By submitting Content, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with:

• ■public distribution,
• ■third-party actions,
• ■lack of guaranteed outcomes, and
• ■irreversibility of publication.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Company.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
